We welcome the arrival of the NEW Mario Batalli Ceramic Cookware line. Some people have only recently discovered something others have known for centuries - the many delights and savory tastes that can come from a simple panini. In Italy, passions run high about soccer, amore and how to make the perfect panini. Everyone has his favorite combination of bread and fillings.

Now with the perfect Panini Grill and Press you can discover your own inner Italian cook. What will be your favorite? Will it be foccacia with prosciutto, mozzarella and basil (mmmm!)? Or maybe Ciabatta with chicken, peppers and aioli (delizioso!)? Or perhaps you will simply delight your children and grandchildren with the best grilled cheese sandwich....errr...panini they have ever tasted.

Made of cast iron with an enamel exterior, the press is the perfect tool for cooking delicious dinners. So after your tasty panini lunch or appetizer, take out the Panini Grill and Press again and treat yourself to a delicious dinner. According to his website, Marios's favorite is "pollo al mattone," a whole or half chicken traditionally cooked over embers and under a hot brick. The press works great for steaks and chops as well. So if you don't have an outdoor cooking pit at your Tuscan estate, be sure to buy the Panini Grill and Press.

? Strong Cast Iron construction ? Generous 11" X 11" grilling surface is perfect for Paninis, Chops, Vegetables and More! ? Porcelain Enamel exterior. Black matte interior does not require seasoning and will not react to acidic foods ? Distinctive signature handle and helper handle ? Cast Stainless Lid Knob ? Pronounced grill features ? Safe for gas, electric and ceramic-top ranges

So if you don't have an outdoor cooking pit at your Tuscan estate, be sure to buy the Panini Grill and Press. In stock now at Clementines, only $79.95!

    Lula's Chocolates for Mother's Day

Lula?s combines old-fashioned tradition and craftsmanship to create fine handmade chocolates and memorable confections.

Lula?s caramels are made using heavy dairy cream slow cooked over low heat. This technique creates a smoother, creamier texture with a richer caramel taste. Lula?s nut clusters are made by roasting only whole cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts, and pecan halves to ensure the best development of all the nuts? flavors. Lula?s cr?mes are made with classic flavors and time tested recipes, creating chocolate confections that will melt in your mouth and your heart.

May their passion for quality and tradition bring you a magical chocolate experience. Enjoy!

A unique and practical new cooking show is coming to ClementinesKitchen.com, and a cable channel near you (if you're on the Monterey Peninsula that is!)

David and Dorothy selected the name as a 'two meaning' phrase, expressing both the art of doing things perfectly (as Dorothy always exclaims "It's perfect, just the way I intended it") and of course the technique of perfecting one's craft which is David's passion from his tenure at the Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and the California Culinary Academy.

So watch for the show to debut in April (okay, maybe in early May). We'll be taping on Tuesdays starting later this month. Watch your emails for more information on how to see the episodes on-line.
